Staying healthy and at your ideal weight is no easy task…or is it? The problem I see with so many people is that the easiest way is also the hardest way… it puts the responsibility back onto us. Yes, we are responsible.
There are many ads, fads, lotions, potions, gimmicks and various pieces of exercise equipment that tell us that losing weight and getting into great shape is SO easy! Then why has this become a gazillion dollar business, and as a whole, we are getting bigger and unhealthier?
Because! The easiest, most natural way means we actually have to look in the mirror and take responsibility for what we are doing to our own bodies. No quick fix.
Yeah, the truth sucks, I know. I spent years overindulging, getting back onto the “diet and exercise band wagon”, only to fall off again and again. So why is this so hard then? Really, all we have to do is be moderately active, eat sensibly, and stick to it!
Ahhh…the sticking to it part is hard isn’t it? And, especially as you age, it seems that even if you do, the weight slowly creeps up…and WHAT is with that tummy bulge, the one that has just landed itself there without you even inviting it?!
Well, I found through years of research that our environment is causing havoc on our bodies! It is causing us to gain weight, to crave foods, to become lethargic, and to be less than we ought to be! And the word for this beast? Toxins. Yes, I know, the catch phrase of the year…but once you do the research, you can’t deny it…it really exists.
So, let’s examine that. Toxins. They are in our water and air supply (from industry and agriculture), and they are on our food (from pesticides, herbicides, insecticides)…so how do we get rid of them?
Well, first off, the food itself is a toxic creature, and not the vitamin, mineral rich source it used to be, namely because of soil erosion, leaching and over farming. So, when it ends up on your dinner table, it is already in a state of “lack”…and that goes for Organic too.
The chemical toxins that are added only compound the problem. Our bodies are running in a constant state of lack and repair. Repair the damage from the toxins, and lack from the ability to do anything about it because of the depleted nutrients in our food.
In my years of personal training I have used and come across so many of the miracle ‘treatments’ as listed above…and they don’t work! This is why there is something new on the market every single year…this is why it is HUGE business. But no one addresses the obvious…what is wrong with our environment and food, and could THIS be the cause?
In a nutshell, I have also learned that you need to address the problem at the source. Lack and Repair. So! Based on that knowledge, in order to repair, you need to have the tools to do so, and this is where the “lack” is replaced with vitamins and minerals…. thus allowing the “repair” to begin.
Now, not all products are made equal, and when I found the one that made the difference, well, let’s just say “happy dance” gave a whole new meaning to it.
I learned that through proper Nutritional Cleansing and Replenishment, that I was able to rid my body (and those around me!) of the FAT I did not want there, AND, started to have more energy, more focus, more of EVERYTHING than I had ever had before…and this is the TRUTH! Nutritional Cleansing and Replenishing was the missing link to the biggest question out there: “How do I lose weight, keep it off, have tons of energy, and don’t feel like I’m missing a thing?!!”
Amazing what happens when your body turns into the miracle it was meant to be! Can you imagine losing those cravings, no longer becoming weak around chips, cookies, candies or ice cream? Can you imagine your skin looking better, being able to run with your kids…how about fit into your Skinny Jeans?! 🙂
If you have ever felt like you will be stuck in the body you don’t like for the rest of your life, STOP thinking that way today…. it does not have to be…I can prove it to you…and dang it, YOU DESERVE IT!
Science is science, and when you start to believe in yourself, and make that step towards accepting responsibility, you open yourself up to amazing possibilities 🙂
